Service Description

Our modules are a blend of practical hearts-based practices, independent, written/creative activities, group discussions, and cultivating expansion and inspiration through work that centers around the exploration of self. Including the heart, as well as our body, mind and spirit, in relation to self, family, community and the world. All grounded by a strong connection to the heart, inner guidance system, and a full exploration into goals, talents, gifts, mission, purpose and what inspires the student/trainer. Deep heart anchors that can never be undone Activations not meditations Explorations into safe and brave space, dreams, goals, gifts, mission and purpose The power of four directions mapping, and Restorative Circle Work The Medicine Wheel Exploration Technique (map it out, get really clear) Group conversations, personal work, Written and video components for assessment Cultivate and understand self Go beyond compassion, empathy, into what truly supports a human life Understand self in a new way, and how to bring that self in relation to family, community and the world Have the tools to be happy, healthy and in balance Cultivate and explore: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and reasonable decision making Know how to begin, facilitate and end a social emotional learning group session Launch your project, org, person, or business with a whole new set of skills and understandings into your work in the world We are the leaders and pioneers in Social Emotional Learning, since 1993. This certification will be guided by Jolyn A. Rose, and Heart Based SEL Trainer for Hawaii, and North America.
